The Director of Consular and Migration at the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador N. A. Ella Esq has commended the governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde over the appointment of Wale Ajani as the Director General of the Oyo State Liaison Office in Abuja.
Ambassador Ella gave the commendation on Monday, July 4, 2022, during Ajani’s familiarisation visit to the ministry in line with one of the mandates of the office to laise with the foreign mission.
Saying that Ajani’s visit was timely and appropriate, the Foreign Affairs Ministry Director said that Oyo State had never given the department any challenge in the past.
He also gave kudos to Governor Makinde for his admirable achievements in Oyo State, just as he affirmed more quality relationship by promising swift response to the state’s request at anytime.
Since assumption of office on Monday, June 24, Hon. Ajani had been making strides and taking full responsibility in accordance with transformation agenda of Governor Makinde.
His aim is to create an edge for the state to make sure every indigene on official assignment enjoys seamless travel process.
