Yoruba nation activist, Sunday Adeyemo, has been released to the leader of Ilana Omo Oodua, Professor Banji Akintoye, a statement by Ilana Omo Oodua’s Communications Secretary, Maxwell Adeleye, on Facebook has revealed.
According to Adeleye, Igboho was released to Professor Akintoye and Professor Wale Adeniran, who is the deputy leader of Ilana Omo Oodua, on Monday.
In the statement, Adeleye described Igboho’s release as a triumph over darkness in Yoruba land.
He added that more details of the development would be released in due course.
