The Chairman of the Lagos State Taskforce, CSP Adetayo Akerele, has distributed safety kits, including protective boots and helmets, to officers and men of the agency.
Distributing the kits, the Chairman, in a statement was by the Taskforce spokesman, Gbadeyan Abdulraheem, emphasised the importance of prioritising health and personal well-being.
“Help yourself, take care of your health, and reduce your salt intake,” he urged Taskforce personnel.
He added: “Feed yourself with nutritious food and don’t wait until there’s a problem before going for a medical check-up.”
He reaffirmed his commitment to staff welfare, stating: “I always place the welfare of my staff at the forefront.
“If Taskforce will remain Taskforce, all of us must double our efforts, and the achievements will be dedicated to every one of you.”
CSP Akerele also encouraged officers to make good use of the distributed kits, ensuring improved service delivery and enhanced safety in their operations.
