Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, has approved the appointment of Dr Suebu Olamide Lamidi as the new Provost of the Oyo State College of Education, Lanlate.
The governor also approved the appointment of Mr Abayomi Oladele Salako as the Registrar and Dr Musbau Ishola Yusuf as the Deputy Provost of the institution.
The appointments were announced in a statement issued on Thursday, October 8, by the Oyo State Commissioner for Information, Prince Dotun Oyelade.
According to the statement, the newly appointed principal officers are expected to deploy their experience and expertise towards strengthening the administration, improving academic standards and promoting the overall development of the college.
The state government congratulated the appointees and urged them to justify the confidence reposed in them by contributing meaningfully to the growth of the institution and the advancement of teacher education in Oyo State.
