Oyo State Commissioner for Information and Orientation, Prince Dotun Oyelade, has pledged to work closely with the Oyo State Mobilization Agency for Socio-economic Development (OYMASED) in a bid to enhance the dissemination of government’s activities
According to a statement made available to newsmen, the commissioner reiterated this during a meeting held at his office with a delegation from the Oyo State Mobilization Agency led by its Director-General, Dr Morounkola Thomas.
While emphasizing on the relationship between the Ministry of Information and Oyo State Mobilization Agency for Socio-Economic Development, Prince Oyelade stated that collaborating efforts would go a long way in delivering the mandate of Governor Seyi Makinde across the state.
In his address, the Director General of the Agency, Dr. Morounkola Thomas expressed his delight to be associated with the Ministry of Information and conveyed his readiness to work with relevant Ministries, Departments, and Agencies to achieve the sustainable development goals of the Seyi Makinde administration.
He said that the agency is committed to engaging various sectors of the population, including market men and women, farmers, and residents in rural areas.
He further outlined plans to creating awareness about opportunities available under the current administration in Oyo State and encouraging widespread participation in the state’s development plans
