No fewer than 30 suspected cultists arrested during a police operation in Isara-Remo, Ogun State, are set to face prosecution, the Ogun State Police Command has disclosed.
The suspects were apprehended by operatives of the Command’s Violent Crime Response Unit (VCRU) following intelligence reports that a group had gathered at an uncompleted building in the area for alleged cult-related activities and initiation rites.

He reiterated the command’s commitment to tackling cultism and other criminal activities across the state.
The police spokesperson urged residents to remain vigilant and continue providing useful information to security agencies to support efforts aimed at maintaining law and order.
