A 27-year-old barber, Jesse Volte Ibale, has been arrested by policemen from Ekpan Division in Delta State Police Command for sodomising with a 12-year-old boy (name withheld).

Thenewsbearer learnt that the suspect lured the 12-year-old boy into his barbing salon in Warri and engaged him in anal intercourse which had been going on for two years before it was blown open by the boy himself.

Information gathered had it that the boy eventually opened up to his father on what Ibale had been doing with him for two years.

Shocked by what he heard, the father promptly went to Ekpan Division to report the case, leading to the suspect’s arrest.

The command’s spokesman, SP Bright Edafe, who spoke on the suspect’s arrest while parading him with other suspects, said that tests conducted on the boy showed a defiled anus, while he has also contracted diseases that could not be disclosed for his protection.

In his confession, Ibale, who said he hails from from Isoko in Isoko South Local Government Area, stated: “Normally, the boy used to run errands for me. That has been going on for two years.

“He went through my phone and opened a pornographic movie. Body come carry me come stand (meaning that he had an erection). I told the boy to let us practise the act.

“I brought out cream and we rubbed it on each other’s male organ. He fondled mine and I did same to him. We also s*cked each other’s organs until we climaxed.

“It was a mistake and I’m so ashamed.”
