The retiring Commissioner of Police in Kano State Command, Sama’ila Shu’aibu Dikko, has expressed appreciation to the indigenes and residents of the state for their cooperation throughout his service in the command as the police boss.
Dikko expressed his gratitude on Wednesday, July 27,2022, at the celebration of his 60th birthday, an indication of his retirement from active service.
The police commissioner also praised the efforts of the police officers and men in the command in subduing criminals, while he charged them to redouble efforts in ensuring security and safety of Kano State.
Also, in his message to other heads of security agencies in the state, Dikko thanked them for the support given him as they worked in synergy.
He said: “I have worked with wonderful people. I sincerely appreciate your support throughout our being together. Your support made me successful in Kano State. I wish you a happy stay in your respective offices and God’s protection.”
