All roads lead to Blue Moon Event Centre, Oniru, V/Island, Lagos State, on Sunday, November 27, 2022, as AKMODEL Homes and Properties celebrates its second anniversary.
This event will serve as a platform to bring together royal fathers, builders, security personnel, real estate gurus, Nollywood stars and other notable representatives from different spheres of the society.
The theme of the event will be: “The Revolution In The Real Estate Industry: Identifying Causes And Proffering Steps To Forestall Future Building Collapses,” while the keynote speaker will be Bldr. (Dr.) Olufemi Emmanuel Akinsola.
In attendance will be three royal fathers of the day, including the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Adewusi, Ojaja 11; Obateru Of Egbin Kingdom, Ikorodu, Oba Abdul-Akeem Adeoriyomi Oyebo; and Onisolu Of Solu Alade Kingdom, Ibeju-Lekki, Oba Muhideen Ishola Babatunde Balogun.
Ambassador Aminat Temitope Ajayi JP (Mama Diaspora) will also be there as Mother of the Day.
Other special guests of honour include Mrs. Bukola Agbaminoja, The Executive Secretary, Lagos State Film and Video Censors Board, Paul Obazele, ACP. Olajide Agboola, Olamilekan Adebayo (Adigun Olowe), CSP. Titilayo Oriyomi Oluwasanmi, among others.
There will also be recognition awards and commendation plaques to appreciate some members of staff and partners for their various contributions to the company.
Various side attractions to put glamour in the event have also been put in place to make it a memorable one.
