The Nigeria Police Force has assured on carrying out comprehensive investigation into the death of a Nigerian rapper, singer and songwriter, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad.
The Force spokesman, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, who gave the assurance on behalf of the NPF on Thursday, September 14, in a statement, said that the Commissioner of Police in Lagos State, Idowu Owohunwa, had been tasked to unravel the circumstances surrounding his death, assuring citizens that updates would be provided as investigations unfold.
“Our heartfelt condolences go out to the family, friends, and fans of the late Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, known as Mohbad, who recently passed away. We understand the concerns regarding his untimely demise.
“The Nigeria Police Force is committed to a comprehensive investigation into this matter,
“We encourage family members or close associates with valuable information to approach the Lagos State Commissioner of Police to assist in this process,” the FPRO stated.
Meanwhile individuals were urged to refrain from making statements or engaging in activities that could jeopardise the ongoing investigation, as their trust and support are deeply valued.
