Nigerian music icon, Onyeka Onwenu, has been reported dead.
She breathed her last on Tuesday , July 30, at the age of 72.
Information gathered by Thenewsbearer had it that Onwenu was at the birthday party of Mrs Stella Okoli in Lagos State when she slumped after performing at the event.
She was immediately rushed to Reddington Hospital where doctors confirmed her dead.
Following the incident, the deceased’s family has yet to announce her death.
