Television and reality star, Kim Kardashian, has been reported to have filed for divorce from her husband, Kanye West.
Daily Mail reported that the 40-year-old star filed documents on Friday, February 19, 2021, according to TMZ, through her lawyer, Laura Wasser, but the date of separation was not listed.
Kardashian, who is also a makeup guru, is asking for joint legal and physical custody of their four children – North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.
The TMZ site was told by an insider that Kanye ‘is fine with the joint custody arrangement.’
He and Kim had already discussed co-parenting, it was added, and the children had been seen mostly with Kim in Hidden Hills, California, in the past few months.
it is believed that Kim and Kanye split in October, 2020 after her 40th birthday party, and the children had not been pictured with the father since the fall.
The site, according to Daily Mail, added that there is a prenup, and ‘neither party is contesting it.’
The couple was said to be in the advanced stages of sorting their property agreement.
Their main house is a $60million mansion in Hidden Hills while West had been staying at their Wyoming ranch.
