The Commissioner of Police, Lagos State Command, Hakeem Odumosu, on Friday, July 30, 2021, received Push-To-Talk communicationsets from Lagos State Security Trust Fund.
This was made known by the command’s Police Public Relations Officer, CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi on Friday.
The delegation from the LSTF, comprising Dr Ayodele Ogunsan, board member of the Lagos State Security Trust Fund; Mr Lewis Degbola and Miss Ada Nwankwo did the presentation at the Conference Room, Command Headquarters, ikeja.
The Commissioner of Police, who received the sophisticated gadgets from the LSTF, was assisted by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Operations, Ahmed Kontangora; Deputy Commissioner of Police, Department of Finance and Administration, Bassey Ewah; Assistant Commissioner of Police, Operations, ACP Dotun Odubona; some Divisional Police Officers and Command’s communication controllers.
The Commissioner of Police, while appreciating the Lagos State Security Trust Fund, admonished officers and men of the command to make judicious use of the gadgets for the purpose which they are meant; and protect them from damage and loss.
The delegation and the consulting firm did a demonstration for the use and maintenance of the gadgets, to suit the operational requirements and engagements of the command.
